Services
The shared parts of the building, zone by zone
Every service is priced as a line in your building's plan, so a board can keep the lines it wants and drop the rest.

Corridors, landings, stairs and elevators cleaned on a set schedule, each zone numbered in the log.

What we do not do
Work we send to a specialist
These are outside what we are set up and insured for. We say so at the walk-through, and when one turns up in a building we are cleaning, we tell the manager the same day.
Biohazard and mold
Blood, bodily fluids and mold need a licensed remediation firm.
Hoarding and heavy clearing
Clearing a unit or a storage room, and bulk-item hauling, belong to a hauler.
Work at height
Anything beyond a stable ladder: atriums, high glass and exterior walls.
Pests and repairs
Pest treatment and building repairs. We report what we see and who should be called.
Which zones does your building have?
Walk the building with us and we write the zones, the visits and the lines.
