This explains what Hallway Building Cleaning collects when you use this site or send us a message, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your name, role, email, phone and the address of the building.
• The number of units and the notes you write.
• Basic technical data, such as your browser and the pages you visit.

How we use it

• To reply, set a walk-through and write a quote.
• To run your building's schedule and send the monthly log.
• To answer questions and keep our records.

Keys, fobs and codes

Keys and fobs are listed and signed for. Door and alarm codes are shared only with the crew lead and are not written on the sheet the crew carries.

Who sees it

Your crew lead and supervisors see the building's name, address, zone sheet and contacts. We use service providers for email and invoicing, and they handle your data only for us. We don't sell your personal information. We share it if the law requires or to deal with an insurance claim.

Your choices
