    • Trash corrals, 2 visits a week

These are sample buildings to show how the lines add up; your plan is written after a walk-through, and the price follows the size of your building, its zones and the visits a week. Prices cover cleaning supplies and equipment. A plan is a cleaning schedule with a log, not an insurance product. The day porter is a separate quote.

How the price works

What moves the number, and when you get it

  • What moves the number

The size of each zone, the floors and elevators, the visits a week and the nights you want. A building with carpet in every corridor costs more than one with tile.

  • What a quote includes

Crew, supplies and equipment, a supervisor's weekly walk, the monthly inspection log and the night line. Each zone is its own line.

  • What it leaves out

A day porter, carpet extraction, stripping and waxing, chute washdowns and event cleans. Each is quoted by itself.

  • The walk-through, then the number

About an hour in the building, with no charge. The written quote follows within three business days.

Questions about plans

Terms, in plain words

Is there a minimum term?

No. Either side can end a plan with 30 days' written notice, with no fee. We invoice through the end of the notice and return every key and fob, and you sign for them.

Can we change the zones or the visits?

Yes. Tell us before the first of the month and the change starts that day. The quote's lines are the unit, so a board can add or drop one without redoing the rest.

Does a plan include insurance?

No. A plan is a cleaning schedule with a log, not an insurance product. Our liability insurance is separate, and we send a certificate on request.

Does the night line cost extra?

Calling it is part of every plan. A night visit for something outside the plan is billed at the rate written in your agreement, and we say it on the phone before we send anyone.
