About the firm
We clean the shared parts of apartment buildings, condos and HOA communities around Baltimore, on day and night crews with supervisors who walk each building after them.
Each building has a file, a named crew lead and a log. When a manager asks what happened on a Tuesday night, the answer is on a page with a name beside it.
We don't clean inside residents' homes. Common areas are all we do, and that lets us do them the same way every time.
A named crew lead for every building
A supervisor who walks it after the crew
A log page for the manager or board each month

The people
Four people carry every building file. About 45 people work for the firm in all, on day and night crews.
Owner

Does the walk-throughs and writes the building files, quotes and schedules.
Inspection lead
Walks buildings after the crews, signs the log and trains new crew leads on the zone sheet.
Answers the night line and goes on site when a call needs someone there.
How we run buildings
The zone sheet says what is done, and the log says what was done. The two should match.
A supervisor walks the building after the crew, and the check has its own line in the log.
The office answers in the day. At night, the night line rings a person.
