Sample inspection log

A sample inspection log: one week, one building

The building is an 18-unit walk-up and the entries are a sample. Each row is a visit or a call: when, where, what was cleaned and what the supervisor found. Your log is written from your own zone sheet.

About the log

Who sees it, and when

When does the log arrive?

At the end of each month, one page for each building, sent to the manager or the board contact on the building file. A copy is kept on our side.

Can a board member see it?

Yes. Send us the contact for the board and we add them to the file. Residents' names and unit numbers never go in the log.

Can I see a visit sooner?

Call the office, and we read you the entries since the last log. After hours, the night supervisor can read you the call entries.
