Common-area cleaning
Hallways and stairwells
Clean landings, rails and corridors on the nights you set, with every stair and floor written in the log.
This is the core of most building plans: the paths every resident uses. We work from the top floor down, so nothing is walked over after it is clean.
On every scheduled visit
Sweep and wet-mop landings, stairs and corridors
Vacuum corridor carpet and entry mats
Wipe handrails, door handles and push plates
Wipe elevator buttons, doors and the cab floor
Dust light fixtures, vents and door frames within reach
Spot-clean walls at touchpoints
Note burned-out bulbs, leaks and damage in the log

- 02
Step 2: Top floor down
Stairs and corridors are cleaned from the top floor down, with wet-floor signs out.
- 03
Step 3: The lead walks it
The crew lead walks every zone on the sheet before leaving.
- 04
Step 4: The supervisor signs

Questions
Three questions about this service
Do you clean while residents are home?
Yes. Most buildings are cleaned in the evening. We work one side of a landing at a time, keep a path clear, and put out wet-floor signs.
What if a resident reports a problem?
Tell the manager or call the office, or the night line after hours. We note it in the log, re-clean the zone on the next visit or sooner if you ask, and the supervisor checks it.
How is it priced?
As lines in your building's plan, by the size of the zone and the visits a week. See the plans page for four sample plans.
Which stairs and floors need work?
Walk the building with us and we write the zones, the visits and the lines.
